City man takes challenge on Board
Bryan Bodek, Managing Director of Manchester based Airline Services and Director
of Manchester City PLC, has taken up a further challenge joining the board of
The Medical House as Chairman.
Bryan, who has 25 years experience as a top financial lawyer and 20 years experience
advising on national and international corporate finance especially in the medical
sector, will provide the benefit of his expertise to The Medical House, as the
group continues its trail of acquisitions, mergers and licensing agreements.
Sheffield-based group of medical services companies include orthopaedic instrument
manufacturer Eurocut, computer aided design consultancy Creative Medical
Design, the UKs major dental information service company DERWeb,
a principal source of medical and health reference material on the Internet
Healthworks and the latest addition, Medical House Publishing,
which sells software licensing and leading-edge medical content such as Computer
Aided Learning.
Bryan has been involved with Ian Townsend (the former Chief Executive of Sheffield
United) in other commercial activities, including Eurocut, for more than 7 years.
Commenting on latest addition to his corporate team, Ian Townsend, Chief Executive
